Charles Compton

Founded retail consulting company Mars Solutions in 1994 whose clients and projects have included: The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Hyatt, Hilton, Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as well as many independent hotel and resort properties, day-spa's and salons. Charles' focus is to help his clients learn and use the tools that top tier retail companies use to run their retail business successfully. Charles has been an active supporter of ISPA giving the presentation at 2004 conference "Increasing Retail Sales and Profitability" as well as being a contributing author on The ISPA Foundation Committee 2005 retail manual and management course being released at September ISPA conference. Charles is active as a trainer and speaker on retail management and staff sales training. Charles started his retail career as a buyer for Federated Department Stores and has had a diverse retail background including as merchandise manager for Neiman Marcus. Education - Indiana University - Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
